Weekly Review 5/7 – 5/13

My weekly reviews are going to be shorter and to the point. I’m making this year about simplifying!

Weekly Review:
1. Fun – Score: 8
- Highs: We have been super busy with spring sports and seeing family.
- Lows: Almost every evening and Saturday is taken up with a sport practice or game. Loving it but could use a day or two off!
- Highs: Work is super busy and I have a ton to do.
- Lows: I need to tackle more training for the month of May.
- Highs: Not much for highs in this area. Trying to fit in smaller things like tipping more than usual when I can.
- Lows: Still really lacking in this area.
- Highs: I have been trying to remember the important insights from re-reading “The Untethered Soul” and now I’m working on selecting my next spirituality-themed book.
- Lows: Still need to define my goals in this area and find something beyond reading to increase the score.
- Highs: Doing good here, no big concerns.
- Lows: Still need to make sure my tracker is synced and I’d love some sort of budget.
- Highs: We had some fun getting away (with kids) for the weekend and we did something together I never thought my husband would do! So fun! (I see where your mind is going, but no, it was a walk/race haha)
- Lows: Need some dates.
- Highs: I’ve decluttered an area or two, never enough.
- Lows: The kids rooms needs some major work as do a few spots around the house that are just a mess.
- Highs: We travelled to visit some family and friends and it was so fun!
- Lows: Not much, just never enough time.
- Highs: I have been making some tweaks to try and increase my energy which has improved my motivation a bit.
- Lows: Just need more time to focus on my goals.
- Highs: I PR’ed a big race that I am trying to do every spring.
- Lows: Still frustrated that I feel like I do so much right and my health just isn’t what I want it to be. Tired, unmotivated, yuck.
I have made some changes lately to try to improve my energy and it has been paying off. Need to keep it up!
My focus areas for this week are:
1. Health – I am having some health issues and really struggling in some areas. I need to find some answers. Ugh.
2. Environment: This has to stick around as well because our house is just a mess. With travelling and sports every night, it’s been neglected. Double ugh.
