My weekly reviews are going to be shorter and to the point. I’m making this year about simplifying!

Weekly Review:
1. Fun – Score: 6
- Highs: Had some fun family movie nights. Fun activities are soon upon us.
- Lows: No skiing lately.
- Highs: Projects are going well and I’m staying very busy.
- Lows: Not much here, just need to keep up with some training.
- Highs: Not much for highs in this area.
- Lows: Haven’t done much in this area since the holidays.
- Highs: I have been writing my Morning Pages and enjoying that.
- Lows: “The Untethered Soul” is waiting for me to read before bed.
- Highs: Feeling really great in this area.
- Lows: Need to sync my budgeting app. Still. Ugh.
- Highs: Lots of connecting lately and some really good times.
- Lows: Need more date nights, boooo.
- Highs: I actually did a major decluttering step I’ve been meaning to get to, yes!
- Lows: Still so much to do.
- Highs: Seeing family lately and hoping to see more soon!
- Lows: Not much here, just need to keep it up.
- Highs: I’ve been listening to audiobooks during my workouts and I’m really enjoying it. I’m happy to be consistent with it.
- Lows: I have so many goals and so little time.
- Highs: I went back to Intermittent Fasting and it really felt great. I decided to follow the plan in “Fast Like a Girl” by Mindy Pelz. I did Intermittent Fasting for almost two years as I was really hoping it would improve my lacking energy. For the first few months I did see improvements, but eventually I seemed to feel worse. This book describes how women should follow a little different plan so that we can support our hormones, so I am going to try it for at least six months and see how I feel.
- Lows: I have been gaining a few unwanted pounds and I can’t help but think it’s because I’ve now hit my 40s. My usual tactics to stay in maintenance mode just aren’t working the same any longer.
It was a good week and I had some motivation that I haven’t felt in awhile. Hoping to keep it going this week.
My focus areas for this week are:
1. Spiritual – I have really been slacking with reading “The Untethered Soul” before bed so I want to focus on that this week.
2. Environment – Our home needs a ton of decluttering. I made some good progress last week and I hope to continue it this week.
Have a Level 10 week!
