Weekly Review:
1. Fun – Score: 8
- Highs: We had a lot of fun the last week and really enjoyed several activities and seeing family.
- Lows: Not much for lows here. School is looming but we feel great for how much we packed in this summer.
- Highs: My “break” after a big project went live really hasn’t happened and I’m back to being super busy between two projects. I love it!
- Lows: I was able to fit in some training but I need to get a lot more done.
- Highs: I upped this score finally and for once because lately I have been making sure to tip more than usual to really help support those that are out there working.
- Lows: Still a sad, low score.
- Highs: I have been consistently reading “The Power of Now” and I’m planning to continue that this week. When I get into bed, I make sure I read for at least one minute before I turn off the light.
- Lows: Need to work on implementing what I’m reading.
- Highs: We are doing well in this area and I have been keeping up with tracking my accounts.
- Lows: I need to work on a budget but haven’t had any time.
- Highs: We had some fun together with friends and family and hopefully can get some dates in soon
- Lows: We want to do a weekly or twice a month date night but haven’t figured it out yet.
- Highs: Our home is still very clean from when our friends visited. This score went down a little because we do have a lot of school prep going on in certain areas of the house.
- Lows: I haven’t had any time to do the decluttering but I hope to get this planned once the kids get back in school and I have my lunch hours free.
- Highs: We saw a lot of family and had a great time!
- Lows: Not much to say for a low in this area.
- Highs: I’m reading some good books and loving my Miracle Mornings.
- Lows: I have too many books to read and just not enough time.
- Highs: I’ve been following a new weight lifting program and loving it. I still haven’t run since my 5K and I would love the temps to go down so I can start running at lunch.
- Lows: Still no success with tracking macros or deciding what I want to do with my nutrition. I am focusing on protein so hopefully I’ll get there.
Last week was very busy. We are preparing for school by getting supplies and clothes, we have multiple school sports starting with practices and games so we had to get all the equipment for those, and then we are still trying to fit in summer activities with family and friends and getting outdoors. It’s been a wild August!
My focus areas for this week are:
1. Family & Friends – I want to focus on making sure the school year starts out well for my kids.
2. Personal Development – I’d like to really take a look at all the books I have in the line up and come up with a plan so I’m not reading so quickly without using that info.
Have a Level 10 week!
