Weekly Review:

 

1. Fun – Score: 3

  • Highs: Score went down this week. See “Lows”, not much for the highs this week.
  • Lows: My kids were close contacts to someone with COVID, so on Tuesday they were sent home from school, and they remained home through Saturday. That makes almost three weeks of them at home, and we need some fun in this house. Rough score.
2. Career – Score:6

  • Highs: Excited for some projects that are starting up for this year at work!
  • Lows: It’s always hard to work from home when the kids are home (they are so needed! haha). Looking forward to a normal week.
3. Contributions/Giving – Score: 2
  • Highs: Still working on how I can increase this score.
  • Lows: See above.
4. Spirituality – Score: 2
  • Highs: I continue to meditate for 15+ minutes a day.
  • Lows: Still need to find my way with this area.
5. Finances – Score: 6
  • Highs: Did well with Christmas and stayed in budget. 
  • Lows: No real lows, just no time to focus on this area.
6. Relationship – Score: 4
  • Highs: Hubby hurt his back so I’m spending a lot of time taking care of him. Feels good to help!
  • Lows: We are in desperate need of a date night. Close contact quarantine plus a bad back doesn’t make it easy.
7. Environment – Score: 6
  • Highs: I busted out a bunch of cleaning tasks Saturday night and felt great about that. Still going strong with the Declutter 365 Challenge.
  • Lows: We still have our Christmas tree and decorations up. Ugh.
8. Family – Score: 5
  • Highs: Spending a lot of time together (again) due to close contact situations. 🙂
  • Lows: Spending a lot of time together due to close contact situations. 🙂
9. Personal Development – Score: 5
  • Highs: Followed the Miracle Morning for the first week of the year. Almost up to 1000 days!
  • Lows: Need to find a few new books to read, feeling lost.
10. Health – Score: 6
  • Highs: Started 80 Day Obsession again on Monday. I love that at-home lifting/workout program so much. Also started eating better which makes me feel better and more energized.
  • Lows: Very sore from the new workout plan! Need to do more rolling and stretching.
Weekly Total: 45/100 (-4 points from last week)
Goals for this week:
 
Last week I met both of my goals by keeping up with the Declutter 365 plan and also starting my new workout plan that I love to start every New Year. This helped increase my score in both of those areas.
My goals for the next week are to focus on the following two areas:
  • Environment: Get the Christmas decor put away along with the gifts still hanging out.
  • Fun: Finding some fun things to do, even if it’s just at home. Going a little stir crazy!
