1. Fun – Score: 8
- Highs: We had some family visit and saw friends for kids sports. Another busy week! Looking forward to a few weeks without kids sports. We carved pumpkins Saturday night and ordered pizza and snacks. It was a lot of fun! Usually I get grumpy just thinking about all the work involved with carving pumpkins but it was so fun!
- Lows: Not much for lows here.
- Highs: I am very busy at work dividing my time between two big projects. I love having so much to do.
- Lows: Still need to make time for training.
- Highs: I’m trying to improve and thinking about opportunities.
- Lows: Still a low score that needs some work.
- Highs: I’ve started to re-read “The Untethered Soul” this week. I’ve been doing ok with reading before bed.
- Lows: Still haven’t done as much in this area as I want. Need to be more consistent with my reading before bed.
- Highs: Still feeling good in this area. I finally synced our accounts in our financial software so that was exciting.
- Lows: There are a lot of plans we keep talking about and not making head way on. Need to change that.
- Highs: The last week was better than some of the weeks before. We still have some issues to work through but maybe there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. We had a fun night carving pumpkins and enjoying our kids and family time.
- Lows: Definitely need a few date nights.
- Highs: We had some family stay with us so our home is in decent shape.
- Lows: I need to get back to my cleaning schedule.
- Highs: Had family come to visit and had lots of fun! We also saw friends and family for kids sports this weekend.
- Lows: Need more time to make more friends and see the ones that we have.
- Highs: I finished a book called “Dream Big” by Bob Goff. It was a good quick read with some interesting ideas and takeaways. I have also been listening to podcasts during the ~15 minute drive home after dropping the kids off at school which has been an inspiring way to start my mornings.
- Lows: I’m still trying to figure out what direction to take next.
- Highs: I’m enjoying my new workout program and I have one week left. Hoping to find something new and inspiring for my next workouts.
- Lows: I’m finally getting over my cold and hoping to find a direction with my health goals.
Life was a blur last week since I had a cold and was a little out of it. I really just stuck to my workouts, getting the bare minimum of work done, and then rest. Here’s to a new week!
My focus areas for this week are:
1. Health – I need to finish getting over this last little bit of cold that’s hanging on and then I need to figure out my focus for the next 4-5 weeks.
2. Personal Development – I need to choose my next book and really dive in and engage myself.
Have a Level 10 week!
