Weekly Review:

 

1. Fun – Score: 8

  • Highs: We had a ton of fun with kid sports this week. My kids had amazing football and soccer games on Saturday and then we hit up the pumpkin patch to drive some wild bikes and bounce on the giant pillow trampolines.
  • Lows: Really no lows, just need to keep up the fun! Weeknights are so busy that we aren’t able to get back to our family movie nights, but hoping to sneak in some good Halloween movies.
2. Career – Score: 7

  • Highs: I am super busy at work which I love, and I finally had some time to prep for some presentations I need to give soon.
  • Lows: I haven’t had much time for some training but hoping to make time soon.
3. Contributions/Giving – Score: 2
  • Highs: I’m trying to improve and thinking about opportunities.
  • Lows: Still a low score that needs some work.
4. Spirituality – Score: 4
  • Highs: I finished “The Power of Now” and now I’m going to re-read “The Untethered Soul”.
  • Lows: Still haven’t done as much in this area as I want.
5. Finances – Score: 8
  • Highs: Still feeling good in this area. Need to start our big plans.
  • Lows: I really need to sync our accounts in our financial software. Ugh. Getting more and more behind.
6. Relationship – Score: 8
  • Highs: We had a great week and I’m really feeling the improvement.
  • Lows: Not much, just need to continue.
7. Environment – Score: 6
  • Highs: Our home is looking ok and I’ve been doing pretty good with tasks considering how busy we’ve been.
  • Lows: I need a plan stat.
8. Family/friends – Score: 7
  • Highs: We’ve seen daily at sports, just need to see more of them.
  • Lows:  Just need more time to make more friends!
9. Personal Development – Score: 7
  • Highs: I am in between books right now which I love because I enjoy starting a new book that is relevant to what’s happening in my life at that moment. 
  • Lows: Just need more time to implement.
10. Health – Score: 7
  • Highs: Started a new workout program that is only 20 minutes a day, which is nice. I’ve been adding in extra everyday because it just doesn’t feel like enough. 
  • Lows: Still working to find a balance in my nutrition. I’m also feeling a little lost with my workouts.
Weekly Total: 64/100 (+4 points from last week)

Really busy at work lately so m surprised anything else is getting done at all. Have a great week!

My focus areas for this week are:

1. Relationship – I want to keep focus on this area as it was a really great week last week for us.

2. Career – So much going on at work this week so I need to keep focused here.
