Weekly Review:

 

1. Fun – Score: 8

  • Highs: We’ve been very busy lately spending time with friends, family and lots of Halloween activities.
  • Lows: Not much for lows here.
2. Career – Score: 7

  • Highs: Still super busy at work. Almost too much to do!
  • Lows: Still need to make time for training.
3. Contributions/Giving – Score: 2
  • Highs: I’m trying to improve and thinking about opportunities.
  • Lows: Still a low score that needs some work.
4. Spirituality – Score: 3
  • Highs:  I’ve started to re-read “The Untethered Soul” which is always a great read for me.
  • Lows: I have not been consistent with reading before bed.
5. Finances – Score: 7
  • Highs: Feeling good in this area. Made some fun travel plans this week.
  • Lows: Need to sync my budgeting app and keep with it.
6. Relationship – Score: 6
  • Highs: We’ve been doing better in this area. We had a really fun day with our kids on Saturday hitting up some trunk-or-treat activities.
  • Lows: Definitely still need a few date nights.
7. Environment – Score: 7
  • Highs: House is still in ok shape after family visits.
  • Lows: I need to get back to my cleaning schedule.
8. Family/friends – Score: 8
  • Highs: Hung out with friends this weekend and met some new ones.
  • Lows:  Not much of a low here, just need more time to have more fun with family and friends.
9. Personal Development – Score: 7
  • Highs: I’m in between books and I am exciting to choose my next one.
  • Lows: I’m still trying to figure out what direction to take next.
10. Health – Score: 6
  • Highs: I finished a fun four week workout program and now I get to start another one, which I always love.
  • Lows: My nutrition has been terrible lately and I’m up 5lbs from where I really like to be. Ugh. Ever since hitting forty.
Weekly Total: 61/100 (-3 points from last week)

I am so happy to be over my cold from last week and I’m ready to start getting back to being productive and find some energy!

My focus areas for this week are:

1. Health – I want to start a new workout program and focus on my nutrition.

2. Personal Development – I need to choose my next book and really dive in and engage myself.
