My weekly reviews are going to be shorter and to the point. I’m making this year about simplifying!

Weekly Review:

1. Fun – Score: 7

Highs: Busy holiday weekend with lots of fun.

Lows: Still looking for new hobbies.

 

2. Career – Score: 6

Highs: I have a lot going on at work, which I enjoy because it keeps me busy.

Lows: I haven’t had much time for training so I don’t think I’m going to achieve one of my certificate goals this year.

 

3. Contributions/Giving – Score: 3

Highs: Working on more ways to donate this year during the holidays.

Lows: Still looking for more ways to help.

 

4. Spirituality – Score: 3

Highs: I have been reading “Living Untethered” before bed almost every night and it feels good to make some improvement in this area.

Lows: Missed a few days due to the holiday. Need to get back to it consistently.

 

5. Finances – Score: 8

Highs: Doing really well in this area.

Lows: No budget and have not synced my tracker in awhile.

 

6. Relationship – Score: 6

Highs: Some improvement here over the holiday.

Lows: Much improvement still needed.

 

7. Environment – Score: 7

Highs: I have continued to declutter almost daily and I’m starting to plan the big Declutter 365 plan for 2024.

Lows: Still areas that need attention that I don’t have time to attack.

 

8. Family/friends – Score: 8

Highs: Had a fun holiday seeing family and friends.

Lows: Never enough time in this adult life to get to everything I want.

 

9. Personal Development – Score: 8

Highs: Did a lot of reading over the holiday break.

Lows: Too many books to read and never enough time.

 

10. Health – Score: 8

Highs: Finished up my current weight lifting program. I was able to work out while traveling for the holiday, which I love. Looking forward to some lean gaining in the next few weeks.

Lows: About to switch up my eating and training plans and I’m nervous about losing results.

 

 

Weekly Total: 64/100 (+2 from last week)

We are back to being busy with falls sports and even preparing for spring sports already. Luckily I have been keeping things together and even getting to some decluttering.

 

My focus areas for this week are:

 

1. Health – I’m starting a new program/plan and need to focus on it for the first week.

 

2. Relationship – Rough couple months. Still need to keep this area as a focus.
