My weekly reviews are going to be shorter and to the point. I’m making this year about simplifying!

Weekly Review:

1. Fun – Score: 8

Highs: Fun with family, fun with friends. Looking forward to the holidays!

Lows: Didn’t make it to Book Club yet again. I actually finished the book last time but this time, I had a bad headache and since we had been around someone that got sick after Thanksgiving, I decided to play it safe. Ugh.

 

2. Career – Score: 7

Highs: Lots of work is keeping me very busy.

Lows: Getting overwhelmed with all that’s on my plate and can’t seem to get ahead.

 

3. Contributions/Giving – Score: 5

Highs: Finding lots of ways to donate this year during the holidays.

Lows: Still looking for more ways to help.

 

4. Spirituality – Score: 4

Highs: I have been reading “Living Untethered” before bed some nights and trying to find other ways to improve this score.

Lows: Need to do more but not sure what?

 

5. Finances – Score: 7

Highs: Doing fine here. Holidays are coming and trying to budget but it’s not something I love to do.

Lows: No budget and have not synced my tracker in awhile. Eek.

 

6. Relationship – Score: 6

Highs: Things have improved lately. I see some hope and I’m really working on my reactions and attitude.

Lows: Still needs some caretaking.

 

7. Environment – Score: 7

Highs: I am continuing to declutter the different crazy areas. Plus my daughter had a friend stay the night so we accomplished a “company is coming over” clean. Love those.

Lows: Not getting to my daily cleaning tasks. Ugh.

 

8. Family/friends – Score: 8

Highs: Saw family and friends this week. Loved it!

Lows: Never enough time in this adult life to get to everything I want.

 

9. Personal Development – Score: 7

Highs: Reading a lot and looking for my next book, so hard to choose!

Lows: Too many books to choose just one and now I’m jumping around again.

 

10. Health – Score: 8

Highs: I started getting back to running this week. I’m following a training plan this time from a book called “Run Less, Run Faster”. I run 3 times per week with very specific paces and distances to try and improve my race times. Yay! I love a good plan.

Lows: Switching up my workout and nutrition plans have me a little nervous.

 

 

Weekly Total: 67/100 (+3 from last week)

Holiday season is in full swing and we have a lot going on in the next few weeks. Loving it but I’m also looking forward to some time off after Christmas and some time spent on planning 2024.

 

My focus areas for this week are:

 

1. Personal Development – Need a new book to read in this area.

 

2. Relationship – Rough month. Still need to keep this area as a focus.
