Weekly Review 11/5 – 11/11

My weekly reviews are going to be shorter and to the point. I’m making this year about simplifying!

Weekly Review:

1. Fun – Score: 7

Highs: Kids sports are ramping up so we were busy with that this week. Kids had a fun weekend hanging with friends.

Lows: Still need to find some new hobbies to get out of the house during these cold days.

2. Career – Score: 8

Highs: I had a big presentation this week and I did a great job. Plus, it’s over!

Lows: Lots of training I wanted to get in, never enough time.

3. Contributions/Giving – Score: 3 

Highs: Volunteering to provide some Christmas items for a family this Christmas. Hoping to find more ways to give this holiday season.

Lows: Still looking for more ways to increase this one.

4. Spirituality – Score: 4

Highs: I have been reading “Living Untethered” before bed almost every night. Love the consistency.

Lows: Need to do more but not sure what?

5. Finances – Score: 7

Highs: Saving money and still able to make some fun purchases lately.

Lows: No budget and have not synced my tracker in awhile.

6. Relationship – Score: 5

Highs: Some improvement here but not as much as I was hoping.

Lows: Too busy to even focus on this. Double ugh.

7. Environment – Score: 7

Highs: I have decluttered so many areas and I’m keeping at it. Every Monday I’ve been focusing on one really bad area and it’s working.

Lows: Still have some messy areas to tackle but seeing improvements!

8. Family/friends – Score: 6

Highs: Looking forward to the holidays.

Lows: Still working on making new friends. Skipping book club doesn’t help.

9. Personal Development – Score: 7

Highs: I’ve read quite a few books lately and I’m happy with the number of them I’ve knocked out.

Lows: I’m in between books and I need to decide which one is next.

10. Health – Score: 8

Highs: I’m feeling good with tracking macros and focusing on getting > 130g of protein a day to help see results from my heavy weight lifting.

Lows: Not much for a low but I do want to try to fit running back into my schedule. Also getting bored repeating the same foods to try to hit my protein goals.

Weekly Total: 62/100 (+3 from last week)

We are back to being busy with falls sports and even preparing for spring sports already. Luckily I have been keeping things together and even getting to some decluttering.

My focus areas for this week are:

1. Spirituality – Really want to start the new book on November 1 so I need to hold myself accountable.

2. Relationship – Rough month. Still need to keep this area as a focus.
