Weekly Review 12/26 – 1/1
Wheel Dates: 12/26/21 – 1/1/22
Weekly Review:
1. Fun/Recreation – Score: 7
- Highs: No work this week so we did a lot of fun things like snowboarding, sleepovers with friends and a Sing 2 movie night.
- Lows: Had three days in a row where we did nothing and then we packed it all in at the end of Christmas break. Would have been easier to spread it out.
- Highs: Enjoying the projects I’m working on. Looking forward to the new year.
- Lows: Before Christmas break I was feeling very burned out. Hoping to increase my engagement at work this next week and to start being proactive with learning.
- Highs: We donated and purchased gifts for “Christmas Giving Trees”.
- Lows: Always feel like I could have done more during this holiday season.
- Highs: I have been successfully meditating for at least 15 minutes/day for the last few weeks.
- Lows: I put this category on the back burner too much and I need to determine what a Level 10 around Spirituality means to me.
- Highs: We didn’t overspend for Christmas and I stayed in budget.
- Lows: We need to re-evaluate our retirement contributions and I would love to start planning and working with a budget.
- Highs: Had a fun Christmas break with husband and friends. We saw people we haven’t spend time with in awhile. Still feeling a little unsure about hanging out with others and need to continue to make and keep plans.
- Lows: Hubby and I desperately need a date night. Hoping to get one of those scheduled soon.
- Highs: I love when our house has the Christmas decor up. Everything looks festive. Also, my kids had a friend spend the night so we finally tackled the crazy play room mess and I’m very very happy about that.
- Lows: The house is still a bit of a disaster from the Christmas holiday and I’m not sure where any of the gifts we received are going to go. Plus I’m in lazy-Christmas-mode and don’t want to clean or declutter.
- Highs: We were able to spend Christmas Eve at my mom’s house (finally!) and that was wonderful!
- Lows: Still never enough time spent with family. Hoping we can keep increasing this.
- Highs: I have been very focused on my 2022 goals and having a week off has really given me time to do some fun planning.
- Lows: I usually score higher in this category because I’m always reading and planning. However, I haven’t read and took notes from a PD book in a couple weeks and I miss that feeling of inspiration and motivation.
- Highs: I finished ChaLEAN Extreme right before Christmas. I spent last week just trying different workout programs and snowboarding. Looking forward to starting my favorite workout program tomorrow (80 Day Obsession)
- Lows: I didn’t see the great results I was hoping for from my last workout program. My nutrition was definitely the issue. Hoping to improve that this next week and over the next few months.
- Environment: Follow the Declutter 365 plan for decluttering my whole house
- Health: Start the 80 Day Obsession workout program and get back to my healthy eating that always makes me feel energized.
