Weekly Review:
1. Fun – Score: 4
- Highs: Went to see the new Spider-Man movie, had a playdate with friends.
- Lows: Hubs still has a hurt back so haven’t been able to get up snowboarding.
- Highs: Took some risk and gave hard feedback. The kids made it to school every day so that made my work days easier.
- Lows: Had an issue on Friday late in the work day that bothered me and it has been on my mind all weekend.
- Highs: Still working on how I can increase this score.
- Lows: See above.
- Highs: I continue to meditate for 15+ minutes a day.
- Lows: Still need to find my way with this area. My mind has been wandering during my meditation and I would like to improve that this week.
- Highs: Doing well in this area. Need to review retirement contributions.
- Lows: I keep talking about budgeting but never find the time to do it.
- Highs: Had some good conversations this week.
- Lows: We have spent a lot of time together lately with us both working from home and him having back issues. Plus we are in a need of a date night. I feel bored and it makes me cranky.
- Highs: I’m still going strong with the Declutter 365 challenge. I caught up on a few tasks on Saturday before we went to the movie and that felt great.
- Lows: We still have our Christmas tree and decorations up. Ugh. Need to get started on that today, it’s just so easy to leave it and do other things.
- Highs: Spending a lot of time together. Had a fun night out seeing the new Spider-Man movie. My son finally got to play in his basketball games this week (had to stay home last week because he was a close contact). That was so fun to watch.
- Lows: Haven’t been able to get out of the house and do things aside from school and sports. I think we are all going a little stir-crazy.
- Highs: Miracle Morning is still going well. I’m enjoying the book I’m reading about worry (The Worry Cure) but ready for something new.
- Lows: Can’t seem to find any direction with my personal projects.
- Highs: Finished my second week of 80 Day Obsession. Feeling great about the workouts. I also have improved my nutrition. I’ve lost a little bit of the extra holiday fluff and feeling less sluggish.
- Lows: I eat really well Mon – Fri but the weekends are always a challenge. Did fine this weekend but still need to find ways to get my veggies in.
I didn’t achieve my goal of putting away the Christmas décor last week and although we did get out to see a movie, I’m still feeling like we are going stir-crazy. I’m not at all surprised my weekly total went down by six points.
This week I’m going to again focus on the Environment area and also the Personal Development and Growth area by doing the following:
1. Environment: Finally put away all the Christmas décor and get our home looking company-ready.
2. Personal Development: Focus on what book I want to read next and WHY and also make some changes to my Miracle Morning routine as I’m hitting 1000 days and I need to change it up.
