1. Fun – Score: 6
- Highs: We are looking forward to our fun Spring Break plans. I also got to see some friends this week, which was so nice and needed!
- Lows: Still didn’t get out and do much this weekend. Really looking forward to some better weather!
- Highs: I accomplished a lot this week but I have so much to do before we leave for Spring Break. Did a few things out of my comfort zone which is always inspiring!
- Lows: Still have a few things to do out of my comfort zone so I need to tackle those this week.
- Highs: Still working on how I can increase this score. May need to set this as a focus area soon.
- Lows: See above.
- Highs: Still finding time to meditate daily but slowly losing steam on this.
- Lows: I’m really giving myself too much leeway on this one and accepting “long showers” and “cardio workouts” as my meditation. Not good, need to get back to basics.
- Highs: Doing well with saving and using our money toward fun adventures! Finally turned in our taxes, so that was a highlight of the week.
- Lows: I have big plans to organize this area but never get to it.
- Highs: Looking forward to our Spring Break plans together. We need some fun!
- Lows: Didn’t spent much quality time together this week.
- Highs: Had some company at our house this weekend so our home was looking more clean than normal. Also found a way to get to my cleaning tasks even though we were busy.
- Lows: Still need a consistent routine and I need to stop leaving all of my tasks to the end of the week and then panic-cleaning.
- Highs: Saw lots of family and friends this week, which was fantastic. Now to make it more consistent!
- Lows: Not much to say about lows, just need to keep it up!
- Highs: I’m feeling good about some of my PD choices. I bought myself the “Everything Is Figureoutable” book because I just couldn’t part with it when it came time to return it to the library.
- Lows: I am still overwhelmed with the number of books I have to read and the small amount of time I have to read them. I hope to improve my time management situation.
- Highs: My back is about 99% and I’m so happy about that. I reached my goal weight that I was aiming for this week, so that’s a plus. I’m feeling great with my workouts and macro counting.
- Lows: I am concerned about our Spring Break plans and not having a consistent workout routine when we go. Hoping to figure that out this week.
One of my focus areas this week was my relationship, which I failed at greatly. We didn’t spend any quality time together and that made for a tough week. I definitely was way too negative this week about some things and I need to have a better attitude.
My other focus area was a huge success. I reached out to the friend I needed to reconnect with and we had lunch and it was fantastic. I also saw my family this week and had some good laughs.
My focus areas for this week are:
1. Relationship – I’m setting this as a focus area again because I absolutely failed last week. I’m going to continue to focus on less negativity and letting go of some of my control issues.
2. Spirituality – I need to improve my meditation this week and hopefully read some of “The Untethered Soul”.
Have a Level 10 week!
