Weekly Review 3/12 – 3/18

My weekly reviews are going to be shorter and to the point. I’m making this year about simplifying!

Weekly Review:
1. Fun – Score: 8
- Highs: We had a fun night eating yummy food and playing cards with my family this week to celebrate a recent birthday.
- Lows: No skiing lately and the season is coming to a close.
- Highs: Projects are going well and I am very busy, which I enjoy. I’ve been able to fit in some training.
- Lows: Not much here, just need to keep up with the training I’m trying to complete.
- Highs: Not much for highs in this area.
- Lows: Haven’t done much in this area since the holidays.
- Highs: I read “The Untethered Soul” a few nights this week before going to sleep and it felt great to get back into that habit.
- Lows: I didn’t read every night.
- Highs: This area is going well. Big projects ahead.
- Lows: Need to sync my budgeting app. Still. Ugh. This is a very important maintenance task that I will discuss in an upcoming blog post.
- Highs: Had some fun times lately and more to come. I’ve also been listening to “Love Unfu*ked” by Gary John Bishop during my workouts and I have some good takeaways.
- Lows: Need more date nights still.
- Highs: Did some really good cleaning before having guests over for dinner. I love that, but still want to keep it cleaner during the weeks.
- Lows: So, so much to do.
- Highs: Had fun game night lately and enjoyed dinner together.
- Lows: Not much here, just need to keep it up.
- Highs: Doing well with fitting in podcasts and audiobooks. I have a lot to implement but trying to take it slow so I stick with my goals.
- Lows: I still have so many goals and so little time.
- Highs: I am following the Intermittent Fasting plan in “Fast Like a Girl” by Mindy Pelz. It feels good so far and I’m enjoying changing it up a little during the month.
- Lows: Still fighting those last 5lbs and frustrated myself that I even care. Ugh.
This week was very busy and I still have so much to do. I’m ready for another fun week and here’s to getting all our tasks done!
My focus areas for this week are:
1. Environment – I want to maintain how clean our first floor is looking right now and I hope to tackle a few messy spots with some decluttering.
2. Health/Fitness – This week the IF hours change a bit and I need to extend my fasting window to 17 hours. I’m hoping to focus on that and make sure I’m getting enough calories and protein during my eating window.
