1. Fun – Score: 8
- Highs: We had some fun this week and planning even more fun to come. I love looking forward to adventures!
- Lows: Had a lot to do this weekend so didn’t have too much fun early in the week but things are looking up!
- Highs: I accomplished a lot this week and I’m looking forward to some learning opportunities.
- Lows: I am ramping up my involvement in a new project so things are getting super busy.
- Highs: Still working on how I can increase this score. May need to set this as a focus area soon.
- Lows: See above.
- Highs: When I get really busy, meditation is the first thing to go from my to do list. I’m still finding time to do this, but not the full 15 minutes that I like to do every day.
- Lows: I still have a lot to do in this area so working on what my next steps are going to be.
- Highs: Planning lots of fun projects that we’ve been saving up for and I’m really looking forward to them!
- Lows: Still need to get to some budgeting and more planning.
- Highs: Looking forward to some upcoming plans together and some much needed time away since my husband and I both work from home.
- Lows: Really busy week doing our own things.
- Highs: Getting a lot of tasks done this week and the house isn’t a total disaster, so that’s a big plus.
- Lows: I still haven’t found time for a deep spring clean, but hopefully in the next few weeks.
- Highs: Seeing lots of family recently and it’s been so nice!
- Lows: Not much for lows here, just need more family fun time.
- Highs: I finished “Best Self” and the companion book and I’ve started “One Decision” which is also by Mike Bayer. Excited to read more! I love starting a new PD book.
- Lows: I’m still all over the place with my goals and need to make this a focus.
- Highs: I only have a couple more weeks of my current workout program and I’ve been feeling very strong. Can’t wait for the next program I will start.
- Lows: I have been getting burned out with macro counting so I’ve stopped doing that. I know I need more protein so I’m just trying to focus on that and see what happens. May just take a break and try again in a few weeks.
One of my focus areas this past week was Environment. I did get a lot of tasks done around the house but my home still needs some work. I need to start batching tasks and doing more in one chunk of time.
My other focus area was Spirituality and I was pretty lax with this area. I am still meditating every day, but when my schedule gets busy like it was this week, I tend to do my meditating at the same time I do other things, like driving home by myself or showering. It’s alright for now, but I need to make more room for this and also find some books to help me on my spiritual journey. When my daughter asked this week “Do you believe in God?”, I really fumbled in my answer, and that was not a good sign to me.
My focus areas for this week are:
1. Fun – I need to have some fun and I need some laughter in my life. Finding the joy is just as important as finding the time to mop my floors, and I need to remember that.
2. Relationship – We have a few opportunities to spend some quality time together this week and I hope to make the most of it!
Have a Level 10 week!
