Weekly Review 3/19 – 3/25

My weekly reviews are going to be shorter and to the point. I’m making this year about simplifying!

Weekly Review:

 

1. Fun – Score: 8

  • Highs: Lots of fun on the horizon! Spring is finally here.
  • Lows: Still no skiing lately and the season is coming to a close.
2. Career – Score: 8

  • Highs: Projects are going well and I’m super busy with lots of tasks, which I love. I have also found a training groove so that feels great.
  • Lows: Not much. Need to keep going with my training and not drop the ball on that.
3. Contributions/Giving – Score: 2
  • Highs: Not much for highs in this area.
  • Lows: Still haven’t done much in this area since the holidays.
4. Spirituality – Score: 4
  • Highs: I’m consistently reading “The Untethered Soul” before sleeping at night AND I’ve been implementing some of the ideas during the day.
  • Lows:  I missed a night or two.
5. Finances – Score: 7
  • Highs: Excited for some projects ahead! And I finally synced my accounts in my financial app.
  • Lows: I have some budgeting I need to get refreshed.
6. Relationship – Score: 4
  • Highs: Some fun times ahead!
  • Lows: We’ve had some struggles lately and a lot of arguments. Ugh.
7. Environment – Score: 7
  • Highs: I finally did some purging and cleaning in our playroom (because I had to make room in there). Happy I finally did that task.
  • Lows: So much decluttering to do.
8. Family/friends – Score: 8
  • Highs: Had some fun family time, can’t wait for me.
  • Lows:  Just need to keep it up!
9. Personal Development – Score: 7
  • Highs: I’m really getting into listening to podcasts (finally finding the time to squeeze it in). Now there are too many I want to listen to!
  • Lows: I still have so many goals and so little time.
10. Health – Score: 8
  • Highs: I am following the Intermittent Fasting plan in “Fast Like a Girl” by Mindy Pelz. So far so good and I’ve finally knocked off a couple of pounds that were hanging on.
  • Lows: I’m worried I’m not getting in enough calories and protein with the new fasting I’m doing this week (17:7). May need to watch this closely.
Weekly Total: 63/100 (-1 points from last week)

This week was very busy and I had a lot to do (especially when your son comes home from school and says he has a band concert that night and needs to be there in an hour and a half).

My focus areas for this week are:

1. Fun – I need to focus on some fun this week!

2. Health/Fitness – I want to focus on my calories and protein with this new fasting plan I’m doing.
