Weekly Review 4/16 – 4/22

My weekly reviews are going to be shorter and to the point. I’m making this year about simplifying!

Weekly Review:
1. Fun – Score: 7
- Highs: Spring sports are starting up and we are having fun watching the kids play sports they love.
- Lows: Still going through some post-travel blues so I hope to start planning another soon.
- Highs: Multiple projects are in the works and I have plenty to do, which I love.
- Lows: I’m very behind on some training I had planned.
- Highs: Not much for highs in this area.
- Lows: Still really lacking in this area.
- Highs: I have done well with reading “The Untethered Soul” before bed and I am close to finishing the book. Even better, I’m starting to remind myself of the important concepts during the day and implement them.
- Lows: Still need to define my goals in this area.
- Highs: Things are good here, just need a few adjustments.
- Lows: Still need to make sure my tracker is synced and I’d love some sort of budget.
- Highs: We’ve been enjoying more time alone and that has been nice.
- Lows: We’ve had some disagreements which has been frustrating. Also very busy with sports.
- Highs: Most of the house is looking ok and I’ve been trying to keep it in good condition.
- Lows: The kids rooms needs some major work as do a few spots around the house that are just a mess.
- Highs: We’ve seen some family and friends lately, just never enough!
- Lows: Not much, just never enough time.
- Highs: I have been focusing on my energy and motivation lately and it’s slowly paying off. I have been trying to get to sleep a little earlier and I’ve had success.
- Lows: I need to harness this motivation and get some things done.
- Highs: I have only a few weeks until my first race of this year and I’m really excited about the training I’ve been doing.
- Lows: Nutrition still eludes me but I feel good so I’m not going to stress about it.
I have made some changes lately to try to improve my energy and it has been paying off. Need to keep it up!
My focus areas for this week are:
1. Environment – Need to create a play (my fave thing to do) and then get to decluttering this house!
2. Health – I am super focused on my energy levels. Going to continue to be focused on this the rest of this month.
