Weekly Review 4/30 – 5/6

My weekly reviews are going to be shorter and to the point. I’m making this year about simplifying!

Weekly Review:
1. Fun – Score: 8
- Highs: We’ve had a lot of fun with spring sports lately and we also traveled to see family we haven’t seen in awhile.
- Lows: Not much for lows!
- Highs: I have a ton to do at work and I’ve got a lot of different smaller projects going. I love to be busy!
- Lows: I’m still behind on some training and I also have some tasks that are out of my comfort zone. Eek.
- Highs: Not much for highs in this area. Trying to fit in smaller things like tipping more than usual when I can.
- Lows: Still really lacking in this area.
- Highs: I finished re-reading “The Untethered Soul” finally. I was only reading a few pages before going to sleep so it took me some time. Excited to find my next before-bed spiritual book.
- Lows: Still need to define my goals in this area and find something beyond reading to increase the score.
- Highs: Things are good here and not really any concerns.
- Lows: Still need to make sure my tracker is synced and I’d love some sort of budget.
- Highs: We had a fun time traveling a bit and some good conversations.
- Lows: We have been very busy with sports and we tend to split up and each tackle one kid/sport so we are separate a lot during the evening, which is when we actually have time to hang out.
- Highs: I’ve been trying to maintain our clean house that we tackled a week or so ago before family came over.
- Lows: The kids rooms needs some major work as do a few spots around the house that are just a mess.
- Highs: We have seen lots of family and friends lately.
- Lows: Not much, just never enough time.
- Highs: I am still working on raising my motivation and energy levels. I’m really focused on finding more energy since I’m tired most of the time.
- Lows: I find myself feeling very little motivation and it’s so hard to get any tasks done toward my goals.
- Highs: I feel much more ready for a big race this year than I did last year.
- Lows: My energy has been pretty low lately and I’m frustrated.
I have made some changes lately to try to improve my energy and it has been paying off. Need to keep it up!
My focus areas for this week are:
1. Health – I am very focused on my energy right now. I’m reading multiple books and trying different tactics to improve my energy that will hopefully lead to more motivation.
2. Environment: I need to tackle some big decluttering projects.
Have a Level 10 week!
