Weekly Review 4/9- 4/15

My weekly reviews are going to be shorter and to the point. I’m making this year about simplifying!

Weekly Review:
1. Fun – Score: 7
- Highs: We had a great time on Easter with family and had some fun visiting with friends.
- Lows: Still going through some post-travel blues and wishing I was still on vacation!
- Highs: My work week was very busy with two deployments for multiple projects.
- Lows: I’m very behind on some training I had planned.
- Highs: Not much for highs in this area.
- Lows: Still really lacking in this area.
- Highs: I have done well with reading “The Untethered Soul” before bed and I have almost finished the book. I have been trying to think about the concepts during the day as well.
- Lows: Still need more work in this area.
- Highs: We have some exciting plans and things look pretty good in this area.
- Lows: Still need to make sure my money tracker is synced.
- Highs: We’ve had some fun lately and need to keep up the good vibes.
- Lows: With spring sports, we barely see each other in the evenings. Hoping to get in some dates soon.
- Highs: We did some good cleaning this week and I’m planning some big decluttering projects.
- Lows: The kids rooms needs some major work.
- Highs: Easter was a lot of fun with family and we’ve seen some friends recently. Looking forward to summer BBQ weather!
- Lows: Not much, just never enough time.
- Highs: I have felt more motivated than I have in awhile and that feels so good.
- Lows: I need to harness this motivation and get some things done.
- Highs: I have a race I’m getting ready for and I have a new running plan that I’m following that I love.
- Lows: Still not sure what I’m doing around nutrition. I hate when I’m undecided and without a plan.
I had a couple nights of bad sleep thing week and I decide that was enough. I have started going to bed earlier and I’m focused on getting my energy up. I’m working on a plan to figure out this lack of energy and motivation once and for all.
My focus areas for this week are:
1. Environment – We have a few rooms that really need some decluttering and purging.
2. Health – I am super focused on my energy levels. It’s time to find out why I feel so depleted all the time.
