Weekly Review:
1. Fun – Score: 6
- Highs: Very busy week with baseball. We have at least 2-3 games a week and then practices. It’s super fun but keeps us very busy. Had a nice relaxing day at the park on Saturday so that was fun for the kids. I did some much-needed reading so that always feels great.
- Lows: Still haven’t done much beyond kids sports and working.
- Highs: Work is super busy with multiple projects. I would very much rather be busy than twiddling my thumbs, so it feels great to get so much accomplished. I was even told to take a few more breaks after all I’ve been doing.
- Lows: I haven’t had enough time to get in some of the training I want to do to reach new goals.
- Highs: No real highs here. Not sure what to do about it.
- Lows: Still need some focus here.
- Highs: Finished reading The Untethered Soul and I’m trying to go back and read it over until I get my next book.
- Lows: I feel myself forgetting about this area again.
- Highs: Feeling really good in this area. Thinking about some big moves and options.
- Lows: I need some time to focus on this.
- Highs: It was a rough week in this area. We spend most of our time juggling kids activities and work and running errands. Not much highs.
- Lows: This area needs some focus in the next few weeks.
- Highs: Did some much needed clean up and accomplished most of my FLY tasks and Clean Mama tasks, which felt great. Plus my hubby accomplished some home improvements we’ve been putting off for far too long.
- Lows: With all the weeknight activities, I have struggled to get any housework done during the week. It’s frustrating because I thought if I worked from home I would get more done during the day during my breaks and lunch hour, but I find myself just wanted to relax instead of clean.
- Highs: Saw some family during kids sports. Still need more time with my people!
- Lows: Still just need more time to fit in all the things.
- Highs: I’ve been very consistent with my reading this week even through all the busy-ness.
- Lows: I haven’t taken much action with what I’ve been reading.
- Highs: I got in a run this week which felt great. I think I have my training plan ready to try and reach my goal of running an official 5K in under 30 minutes.
- Lows: My weight has started jumping up and I’m getting a little loose with my eating (ice cream and Bridgerton every night anyone??). Time to tighten that back up.
We had another very busy week. Work was crazy, kids sports were crazy, end of the year school activities were crazy. I’m definitely looking forward to a little more breathing room when summer comes.
My focus areas for this week are:
1. Relationship – We had some struggles this week with communication and I’m hoping we can get to a better place.
2. Environment – I feel good about all the decluttering I’ve been doing and I feel the momentum building to start improving our home.
Have a Level 10 week!
