Weekly Review:

 

1. Fun – Score: 7

  • Highs: Super busy week with kids’ summer camps. Driving them all over is a little crazy when their camps both start at the same time in different towns. Haha.
  • Lows: Not much for lows here, just still trying to plan some camping and more fun activities for the summer.
2. Career – Score: 7

  • Highs: Super productive at work and loving it.
  • Lows: I need to find time for training that I want to get done and a certification I want to earn.
3. Contributions/Giving – Score: 2
  • Highs: No real highs here. 
  • Lows: Still need some focus here. Can’t seem to find the time although this is such an important area.
4. Spirituality – Score: 4
  • Highs: Still (re)reading “The Power of Now” nightly, a few pages before going to sleep. Trying to incorporate the ideas into my life more.
  • Lows: Skipped a few nights of reading and this gets me behind.
5. Finances – Score: 7
  • Highs: This area is going well, just need to achieve some new goals.
  • Lows: Budgeting needs to happen.
6. Relationship – Score: 6
  • Highs: Enjoying each other’s company when we do see each other (kids’ activities, sports, separate time with friends)
  • Lows: Lots of TV time, too tired to get out and do anything else together.
7. Environment – Score: 5
  • Highs: I have been keeping up with clearing out the main areas pretty good. Folded laundry isn’t staying on the couch as long as usual, so there’s a win.
  • Lows: I have a lot of random piles I need to go through (travel stuff, suitcases, birthday box, school piles). Ugh.
8. Family/friends – Score: 8
  • Highs: Saw lots of friends and family last weekend so that gave this area a boost.
  • Lows: Still just need more time to fit in all the things.
9. Personal Development – Score: 6
  • Highs: Reading the book “The $100 Startup” and I’m feeling more and more motivated. I’m also working through a goal setting program called “The Blueprint”. I’ll post more about these in the weeks to come.
  • Lows: Need more time to implement all that I’m learning and to work on the goals that I’m setting.
10. Health – Score: 8
  • Highs: I finished another workout program that was 13 weeks long. Now I’m starting my July training program in my attempt to run a 5K in under 30 minutes at the end of the month. So excited!!
  • Lows: Still struggling a big with weight. Trying to go back to clean fasting as my weight started to increase when I decided to start using pre-workout again. I typically do 16:8 and fast between 7pm and 11am consuming only water and plain black coffee. However, I started using pre-workout at around 6am and saw increases in my weight, so I’m going back to clean fasting and will only use coffee before my morning workouts.
Weekly Total: 60/100 (+0 points from last week)

We had a crazy week since both kids had camps in different towns at the same time and my husband couldn’t help chauffeur this week. Looking forward to the holiday weekend and some rest.

My focus areas for this week are:

1. Home/Environment – Still need to focus on some piles that have accumulated (school stuff, birthday party stuff).

2. Spirituality – I skipped a few days of reading “The Power of Now” so I need to make sure I get back to this routine.
