Weekly Review:
1. Fun – Score: 6
- Highs: We had a very busy week including baseball games, gymnastics, birthday parties, end of school activities and Fortnite parties. Lots of fun!
- Lows: Summer is coming and I’m already afraid we are going to run out of days to fit all the fun in!
- Highs: I have been very busy at work and have really been pushed out of my comfort zone. Looking forward to one of my projects slowing down a bit and the other one slowly wrapping up.
- Lows: Still need to find time to do some of the training I wanted to get done this year.
- Highs: No real highs here.
- Lows: Still need some focus here. Haven’t improved this score at all this year. I need to brainstorm options.
- Highs: This score has gone back down because I have been too busy to get started on my next book. However, I did finally get The Power of Now so I can start this week.
- Lows: I haven’t done much in this area this last week. Feeling hopeful for a higher score next week.
- Highs: Feeling great in this area.
- Lows: I have a book I need to read in this area and I also want to start budgeting. Just no time.
- Highs: Had a few good conversations this week and some fun alone time. Looking forward to more.
- Lows: Still need to get back into our regular dating schedule.
- Highs: Barely keeping up with the basics. Thought we might have visitors this week so I did more than usual and the house looks ok.
- Lows: We have been busy and I haven’t figured out my plan in this area.
- Highs: Saw some family this week but6never enough. Looking forward to this summer.
- Lows: Still just need more time to fit in all the things.
- Highs: Finished another PD book (Own Your Everyday). It wasn’t a great book and I didn’t really come away with anything new, but I’m glad I am on to other books now!
- Lows: I still need to take more action instead of always thinking about things. Less planning, more doing!
- Highs: I’m feeling ok with my workouts. I’m looking forward to getting in some runs this week.
- Lows: I’m still struggling with a little weight gain and just not feeling as lean and healthy as I like to feel. Hoping to start macro counting again this week and figure out what I really want in this area.
This week was a very busy week. We had activities every night and it was just insane. My house is a mess, my head is a mess, and I just can’t seem to find any direction or make any headway on my goals. I really hope this week I can start to pull it together.
My focus areas for this week are:
1. Health/Fitness – I have an important event in four weeks that I’d like to look and feel my best for, and then I also have a 5K at the end of July I’d like to PR in. I need to focus on this area and quit letting it slide.
2. Spirituality – I was doing well in this area and then I let it go. I’m ready to read The Power of Now and get back to increasing this score.
