Weekly Review:

 

1. Fun – Score: 8

  • Highs: We had a very fun week since we had some friends in town, so we did a lot of activities!
  • Lows: Not much for lows here. School is coming soon so we are hurrying to pack it all in.
2. Career – Score: 8

  • Highs: We had a big project go live a few weeks ago and everything has went very smoothly. It feels good to have a small “break” before I jump into the next project.
  • Lows: I haven’t had time to fit in the training I want to get done so I’m going to focus on that this week.
3. Contributions/Giving – Score: 2
  • Highs: I need to brainstorm some ideas to increase this area.
  • Lows: Still a sad, low score.
4. Spirituality – Score: 4
  • Highs: I have been consistently reading “The Power of Now” and hope to continue the streak.
  • Lows: Need to work on implementing what I’m reading.
5. Finances – Score: 8
  • Highs: I have all of my accounts updated and I have been keeping up with the weekly updates. Feeling good in this area!
  • Lows: I need to work on a budget eventually.
6. Relationship – Score: 5
  • Highs: It’s been an interesting week but we’ve had some fun.
  • Lows: We had a great time away and need to continue to focus on spending quality time together.
7. Environment – Score: 8
  • Highs: We had some friends come and stay with us for a few days, so we really cleaned up the house for their visit. Now we are committed to keeping it this way.
  • Lows: I haven’t had any time to do the decluttering I want to do.
8. Family/friends – Score: 8
  • Highs: We had friends visit for a few days and had so much fun. I’ve also seen some family and can’t wait to see more!
  • Lows: Not much to say for a low in this area.
9. Personal Development – Score: 6
  • Highs: I am working through some good PD books and trying to implement as I remember.
  • Lows: I haven’t had much time to focus on my “Blueprint” goals and planning. Need to finish it up and get to work!
10. Health – Score: 7
  • Highs: Finishing the 5K and accomplishing my goal was huge for me. I haven’t run now in two weeks. It’s been very hot and hard to fit it in before the family wakes up. We’ve seen some cooler temperatures in the morning and this has me hopeful that I might be able to fit in a run in the morning or during my lunch. Also, we will soon be settled into the school schedule and Sunday mornings will be perfect for a run before a Seahawks game.
  • Lows: I’ve been focusing on my macros and making sure I hit my protein goals, but I’m starting to get burned out with tracking again.
Weekly Total: 64/100 (+1 points from last week)

Last week was very busy. This week we are preparing for fall sports and school starting. We have so much to do and every night is packed. Here we go!

My focus areas for this week are:

1. Spirituality – I skipped reading “The Power of Now” for a couple days while we had visitors, so it’s time to focus on it again this week.

2. Significant Other – I have some work to do in this area and I need to find some ways we can improve what we have.
