Weekly Review:
1. Fun – Score: 7
- Highs: The week was full of kids sports. We also ended up going to our local high school football game on Friday night and had a lot of fun.
- Lows: I do still feel like we should be doing something every second, but it’s improving and I’m starting to enjoy the slower days of fall. Scratch that, really it’s the slower Sundays of fall since the rest of the days are still crazy busy.
- Highs: I am super busy at work and can’t seem to find a moment to breathe and get some non-project work done.
- Lows: I haven’t had much time for some training I need to get to and some presentations I need to prepare.
- Highs: I’m trying to improve and thinking about opportunities.
- Lows: Still a low score that needs some work.
- Highs: I was doing well with “The Power of Now” and reading before bed each night. I slowed down a little this week since hubby was out of town and I was so exhausted at the end of the day I just wanted to zone out to a show.
- Lows: I missed a few days with my reading plan but getting back to it.
- Highs: Still feeling good in this area. Big plans ahead.
- Lows: I really need to sync our accounts in our financial software. Ugh. Getting more and more behind.
- Highs: Had some big improvements this week.
- Lows: Still had some issues we need to work out.
- Highs: Our home is looking ok and I’ve been doing some good cleaning here and there.
- Lows: My motivation has gone up and down lately (what else is new??) and it’s been tough.
- Highs: I saw some family this week and friends here and there but felt pretty alone at the local football game when I really didn’t know anyone and wasn’t sure who I’d even call to go with me.
- Lows: Just need more time to make more friends!
- Highs: I am reading a great book right now called “Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy” and I’m really enjoying it. I am almost done with the book and I’ve learned a lot. Really looking forward to implementing ideas.
- Lows: Just need more time to read!
- Highs: Wrapped up my current workout program (The Master’s Hammer and Chisel) and I’m trying to choose what program to do next. I have about 9 weeks to fill before I already have some workout plans for December. Hmmm.
- Lows: Still working to find a balance in my nutrition.
This week my husband was out of town for work so I had to run my kids to everything and still find time to work and all the other stuff around the house. Needless to say, anything that wasn’t completely necessary for our survival was really cut out and I did the bare minimum to get us through the week. Here’s to a new week ahead!
My focus areas for this week are:
1. Relationship – Need some good focus here this week. We’ve had a rough couple of weeks and I need to give it some good attention.
2. Career – I have a couple presentations to prepare for that I really need to focus on. I didn’t have as much time as I planned last week so this week it must get done.
Have a Level 10 week!
