Weekly Review:
1. Fun – Score: 8
- Highs: We had so much fun camping over Labor Day weekend and then we had family visit. Busy and fun week!
- Lows: Not much here, just missed a few things on the summer bucket list.
- Highs: I am very busy at work and although it’s stressful it keeps me happy.
- Lows: Still need to get to some training and I have some presentations I need to prepare for but haven’t had much time to work on.
- Highs: No real highs here and it’s frustrating but I just don’t have much time.
- Lows: Still a low score that needs some work.
- Highs: I am doing well with “The Power of Now” and I’m enjoying it.
- Lows: I missed a few days with my reading plan but getting back to it.
- Highs: Doing good in this area and looking forward to making some fun purchases.
- Lows: I need to work on a budget and alas, still no time.
- Highs: We’ve had some fun lately. I’m reading a good book on improving relationships so I’m hoping to use some tools from that book to increase his score even more.
- Lows: Still not seeing much of each other during the weeknights which doesn’t help increase this score.
- Highs: We cleaned up the place quite nicely due to some visitors so that always helps this score.
- Lows: I have big plans for decluttering and decorating that I keep stalling on.
- Highs: We’ve seen a lot of family lately and it’s been wonderful.
- Lows: I have friends I really need to make time to see. Ugh.
- Highs: Feeling some good increases in motivation lately and it’s much needed.
- Lows: Too many books and ideas to implement, never enough time.
- Highs: Feeling strong lately from my morning workouts and I’ve snuck in a run or two with this cooler weather. Loving that!
- Lows: Figuring out my nutrition plan is always my pain point.
Somehow we are still trying to squeak out some more summer fun. School is ramping up, kid sports are getting busy with games and practices, and work is building with multiple projects happening at once. I always say I’d rather a busy life than being bored, so here we go.
My focus areas for this week are:
1. Environment – I’ve had some motivation lately that I’ve been missing and I’m hoping to use it to conquer some decluttering and organizing that I’ve been putting off.
2. Career – I have some training goals I really need to start on so I want to focus on this area for this week.
