Weekly Review:
1. Fun – Score: 8
- Highs: We had a fun week with extra time off from work and school.
- Lows: Not much for a low, just sad that the days off are over.
- Highs: I had a busy few days at work and it was nice to only work two days. I accomplished a lot during those two days! We also figured out a solution to be able to release a hot fix for a bug and allow our next release to be at the beginning of the New Year as planned.
- Lows: I have some planning to do and it’s my least favorite work task. I’d rather be doing!
- Highs: Not much for a high here. We always make charitable contributions over the holidays so I need to get to work on those.
- Lows: Still a low score that needs some work.
- Highs: I’m still trying to re-read “The Untethered Soul” but I’ve been neglecting it.
- Lows: I need to get back to my nightly reading before I fall asleep. Even just five minutes is worth it.
- Highs: I felt great in this area because we needed to find a record of how much we spent on tires last time we replaced them on one of our vehicles. Since the online history of our bank only goes back two years, I was disappointed until I realized that because I had been making sure our money tracking app was up to date, I could look it on up there. Win!
- Lows: Need to sync my budgeting app. Still.
- Highs: Had a wonderful long holiday weekend together.
- Lows: Still haven’t snuck in a date night. Hoping to use a Christmas shopping date for this!
- Highs: We did a major clean/pick up of the first floor before putting up Christmas decorations so that was a huge help. I also came up with a declutter/organizing plan using Trello and I’m excited to get started.
- Lows: Still have lots of piles to declutter.
- Highs: We had a ton of fun with family over Thanksgiving and it was a great holiday weekend.
- Lows: Need to make more plans before the holidays blur by us.
- Highs: Reading some good books and enjoying them.
- Lows: I’m still trying to figure out what direction to take next.
- Highs: I have been back on macro counting and my weight has finally started going down a little. My focus is in 130g of protein daily. I also finally started to repair my nose after hurting it from blowing it so much when I was sick.
- Lows: Need to start lifting heavy and focus on having energy during my workouts again.
Felt much better this week and had so much fun with family for the long holiday weekend. Now that I’m no longer getting over that sinus infection, I’m ready to get back to my goals!
My focus areas for this week are:
1. Spiritual – I am determined to continue reading “The Untethered Soul” before bed this week.
2. Contribution/Giving – I am going to find some ways for my family to donate this week.
Have a Level 10 week!
