Weekly Review 2/11 – 2/17

My weekly reviews are going to be shorter and to the point. I’m making this year about simplifying!

Weekly Review:
1. Fun – Score: 6
Highs: Lots going on with work and school and sports. Had a relaxing weekend.
Lows: We’ve been busy but haven’t had time to fit in fun activities like skiing and snowboarding.
2. Career – Score: 7
Highs: Lots going on and staying busy, which is always welcome.
Lows: Almost too much to do.
3. Contributions/Giving – Score: 3
Highs: Still making the best effort I can in this area.
Lows: Need more ways to help.
4. Spirituality – Score: 3
Highs: I have been reading “Living Untethered” before bed here and there but still nothing consistent.
Lows: Need to get back to it consistently.
5. Finances – Score: 7
Highs: Doing well in this area. Not much needs to change.
Lows: No budget and have not synced my tracker in awhile.
6. Relationship – Score: 7
Highs: Had a nice Valentine’s Day.
Lows: Still need a date night.
7. Environment – Score: 7
Highs: We did some great cleaning this weekend (yes, we had company coming over, of course). Plus we finally moved the Christmas totes back out to the garage. Christmas is officially cleaned out of the house! Ha.
Lows: Still have several areas that need attention but very happy with how much we accomplished this weekend.
8. Family/friends – Score: 7
Highs: Feels like we were seeing family a lot and now, not as much.
Lows: Not much for a low, still would like to see more of family.
9. Personal Development – Score: 7
Highs: Making some big progress on books that I’ve wanted to read for awhile.
Lows: Still too many books to read and never enough time.
10. Health – Score: 8
Highs: Feeling great with running three days per week and weight training 4 days per week.
Lows: Still trying to figure out if I really want to be on a bulk or if I want to go back to a cut.
Weekly Total: 62/100 (+0 from last week)
Lots going on and still lots to do! Here’s to another great week!
My focus areas for this week are:
1. Environment – I want to keep focusing on this area.
2. Spirituality – I have to get back into my “Living Untethered” reading this week.
