My weekly reviews are going to be shorter and to the point. I’m making this year about simplifying!

Weekly Review:
1. Fun – Score: 7
Highs: Fun with friends and family and lots of sports games.
Lows: I missed book club last month and I need to add in more fun activities for me.
2. Career – Score: 7
Highs: Super busy at work which I love! A long task list (of things I know the way forward on) is one of my favorite things.
Lows: Still need to catch up on training for this month. I am way behind.
3. Contributions/Giving – Score: 2
Highs: Not much for highs in this area.
Lows: Still really lacking in this area.
4. Spirituality – Score: 2
Highs: Not much of a high in this category.
Lows: I was doing well in this area when I had a spirituality-related book to read before bed. Should get back to that.
5. Finances – Score: 7
Highs: Still doing good in this area. Made a big purchase a few weeks ago and were ready for it.
Lows: No budget and have not synced my tracker in awhile.
6. Relationship – Score: 2
Highs: Not much here.
Lows: We’ve been struggling the last few weeks and I need to focus on this.
7. Environment – Score: 7
Highs: I have been focused on decluttering for October and I’ve finally started to follow through. I’ve been in this purge mode and really loving the motivation.
Lows: Still have some spaces that need a ton of help.
8. Family/friends – Score: 8
Highs: We’ve seen lots of family and friends during kid sports. Looking forward to the holidays!
Lows: Still working on making new friends.
9. Personal Development – Score: 8
Highs: I have been doing a lot of reading and implementing. Need to keep it up. I finally implemented a better plan for all the library books I bring home and it has really helped me to finally get some books knocked out.
Lows: Not much for a low, just never enough time to read all I want.
10. Health – Score: 8
Highs: I started a new weight lifting program in September and it has been fantastic. I also changed up my nutrition plan to focus on reaching my daily protein goals and I feel fantastic. I was able to get my shoulder impingement to improve without PT and my back is slowly feeling better.
Lows: Not much for a low here, just need to keep up with the protein focus.
Weekly Total: 58/100
I realized today I didn’t do this weekly review at all in September. Yikes!My focus areas for this week are:
1. Environment – I want to keep up with my daily decluttering! Making a lot of improvements.
2. Relationship – Need to focus on this area this week. We’ve had a rough few weeks.
