Weekly Review:
1. Fun – Score: 5
- Highs: Lots of kids’ basketball games and daughter had a slumber party this week. Fun with friends is always welcome.
- Lows: Still not getting out very much. Family snowboarding was halted due to hubby hurting his back. Hopefully next weekend!
- Highs: Really had to get out of my comfort zone a lot at work this week. It was difficult, but I felt great after. I’m taking on a lot more leadership-type tasks and that always stresses me out.
- Lows: Getting out of my comfort zone is a high but also a low just because it takes a lot out of me and makes me stressed in the evenings.
- Highs: Still working on how I can increase this score.
- Lows: See above.
- Highs: I continue to meditate for 15+ minutes a day. I got The Untethered Soul book and I’m planning to reread it.
- Lows: Still need to find my way with this area. I don’t seem to be progressing with my meditation.
- Highs: Doing well in this area. Need to review retirement contributions.
- Lows: I keep talking about budgeting but never find the time to do it.
- Highs: Had some enjoyable conversations this week. Feeling like a team.
- Lows: Still in need of a date night BIG TIME. Hopefully Valentine’s Day.
- Highs: I’m doing great with the Declutter 365 Challenge. Tackled my pantry on Monday and it still looks amazing.
- Lows: We almost have our Christmas decorations taken down, just need to take down the bare tree and put away the containers.
- Highs: So fun to watch my son’s basketball games and the kids had fun with friends on their day off. Also went to a high school boy’s basketball game.
- Lows: Still going stir crazy, but sunshine is making me think of spring!
- Highs: Reading some good books that I will post about in the future. Feeling like I’m staying on top of my PD reading.
- Lows: Still struggling to find direction with all the projects I want to do.
- Highs: Finished my third week of 80 Day Obsession. Feeling great about the workouts. I also have improved my nutrition and found new ways to incorporate veggies. Only one more week of Phase 1 of 80DO so that’s exciting.
- Lows: Weekends are always tough. Did a little better this weekend but Dairy Queen blizzards were calling my name.
I almost achieved my goal of getting the Christmas decorations put away. We have everything taken off the tree, just need to get it down. I also felt good about my Miracle Morning routine this week since I hit 1000 days, but I do need to re-imagine some of my SAVERS to give it a refresh
This week I’m going to focus on my Environment again because the living room is a disaster and I want to get the 1st floor of our house back in shape. The second area I am going to focus on is Spirituality since I have such a low score there.
1. Environment: Clean up the 1st floor of our home and reset the living room back to zero.
2. Spirituality: Really try to clear my mind during meditation every day and also start to re-read The Untethered Soul.
