Weekly Review 2/26 – 3/4

My weekly reviews are going to be shorter and to the point. I’m making this year about simplifying!

Weekly Review:
1. Fun – Score: 7
- Highs: Had some fun celebrating this week.
- Lows: We have some fun activities planned. Need to get up skiing again soon.
- Highs: I was recently promoted and am feeling very motivated!
- Lows: I have a lot of work to do and a deployment coming up which always stresses me out.
- Highs: Not much for highs in this area.
- Lows: Haven’t done much in this area since the holidays.
- Highs: I have been writing my Morning Pages and enjoying that. “The Untethered Soul” is waiting for me to read before bed.
- Lows: Need to determine what else I can do in this area aside from reading.
- Highs: Feeling great in this area. Splurging on a few things!
- Lows: Need to sync my budgeting app. Still. Ugh.
- Highs: We have had some good laughs lately and a nice lunch date.
- Lows: No date nights still. Lame.
- Highs: Our house is a bit of a mess but I’ve done some good decluttering in a few spots.
- Lows: Our home has some major cluttered areas that I never seem to get to.
- Highs: Seeing family lately and hoping to see more soon!
- Lows: Not much here, just need to keep it up.
- Highs: I’m keeping up with my weekly planning and hoping to read some good books. I also started listening to audiobooks during my workouts and I’m enjoying that – especially books by Gary John Bishop. They are a great way to get me going in the morning!
- Lows: I still have a lot of goals I have yet to make good progress on.
- Highs: I’m a few weeks away from finishing my current workout program. Feeling good.
- Lows: I am thinking about going back to Intermittent Fasting. I am reading “Fast Like a Girl” and I’m hoping I can follow that program and find some energy. I am so tired all the time.
I’ve been rating my weeks still every week but haven’t been posting them on here during my break from the blog. Here we go!
My focus areas for this week are:
1. Health – I really need to find some energy in my life and I am going to try Intermittent Fasting again. I had good results with it last time but I think it messed with my hormones and I need to try to tweak it a little bit.
2. Environment – Our home is a disaster and the upstairs needs a ton of clean up and decluttering.
