Weekly Review:
1. Fun – Score: 6
- Highs: Lots of kid sports. Enjoying seeing friends. Very busy week. Enjoying some fun kid games.
- Lows: Haven’t done much beyond kid sports and work. Looking forward to some nicer weather and getting outside.
- Highs: Really busy at work with multiple projects. I love being busy at work. Also, I had less meetings this week than normal which meant I could get a lot of work done.
- Lows: Still working through issues at work and this always stresses me out.
- Highs: No real highs here.
- Lows: Still need some focus here.
- Highs: Finished reading The Untethered Soul but I’m still trying to read a little over again each night. My next nightly book will be The Power of Now.
- Lows: Feels good to finally do something here but I feel myself forgetting about this area again.
- Highs: Excited to focus on this area in the coming months so we can get super organized.
- Lows: Just need the time to get shit done.
- Highs: Had some good times this week. Still need that date night but planning some fun summer activities (adults only!)
- Lows: Not too much alone time this week. Hope to improve it.
- Highs: Not much here. Did a little clean up. Looking somewhat better.
- Lows: With all the weeknight activities, I haven’t been able to keep up with my weekly cleaning and tasks so I’m very behind.
- Highs: Saw some family and friends during kids sports. Never enough though!
- Lows: Still just need more time to do all the things and see all the people.
- Highs: Reading some good books and trying to get a few done before I need to return them to the library.
- Lows: Still frustrated by the amount of reading I want to do versus what I can find time to do. I’m concerned that I’m reading books too quickly so that I can return them and I’m always trying to catch up.
- Highs: I did a 5K and had a pretty good time. Not my best but since I didn’t train beforehand I feel really great about it. I’m excited to go after my time goal this year and I’m aiming for a 5K I have in July. I love to plan so I get excited about planning how I will reach my time goal!
- Lows: The weather has been very crappy and I haven’t been getting in my running. I think I see some nice days on the horizon so this should improve.
My week was busy. We had kid practices/activities/games on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. It was nice to have two evenings without some activity but there’s still always so much to do. I had so much fun running in a 5K recently and I’m very excited to start planning how I’m going to reach my 5K time goal that I have. I have had this goal on my Top 10 goals list for over a year so I need to get it crossed off!
My focus areas for this week are:
1. Health/Fitness – I need to focus on planning my training schedule that will lead up to my next 5K so that I can get a big goal off my list.
2. Environment – I’m starting to make some progress here on decluttering and organizing and I’m excited to see what more I can accomplish so I will focus here this week as well.
Have a Level 10 week!
