Weekly Review 4/23 – 4/29
Dates: 4/23/23 – 4/29/23
My weekly reviews are going to be shorter and to the point. I’m making this year about simplifying!

Weekly Review:
1. Fun – Score: 8
- Highs: Spring sports have ramped up so we’ve seen lots of friends and family at these events. Plus my daughter had a birthday party movie night to go to that we turned into a friends/girls night.
- Lows: Need to start planning another trip to look forward to!
- Highs: I have so many tasks on my to do list which is always a good thing.
- Lows: I’m still behind on some training and I also have quite a few tasks on my to do list that I’m not quite sure how to handle (which is never a good thing for me).
- Highs: Not much for highs in this area and that’s painful.
- Lows: Still really lacking in this area.
- Highs: I have done well with reading “The Untethered Soul” before bed and I’m almost done with it. I have been thinking about the concepts more during the day which is the ultimate goal with any personal development books I read.
- Lows: Still need to define my goals in this area and find something beyond reading to increase the score.
- Highs: Things are good here and not really any concerns.
- Lows: Still need to make sure my tracker is synced and I’d love some sort of budget.
- Highs: We enjoyed some time alone this week and hopefully we can plan more.
- Lows: We have been very busy with sports and we tend to split up and each tackle one kid/sport so we are separate a lot during the evening, which is when we actually have time to hang out.
- Highs: We had my mom over one night for dinner this week which always means our house gets cleaned up into better shape than normal.
- Lows: The kids rooms needs some major work as do a few spots around the house that are just a mess.
- Highs: We’ve been able to see some friends and family this week with spring sports and celebrations and that has been super fun.
- Lows: Not much, just never enough time.
- Highs: I am still working on raising my motivation and energy levels. I’ve read some good books and I’ve felt inspired to take action.
- Lows: I need to harness this motivation and get some things done.
- Highs: I have been hard at work training for a big race and I’m excited to tackle it!
- Lows: Nutrition still eludes me but I feel good so I’m not going to stress about it.
I have made some changes lately to try to improve my energy and it has been paying off. Need to keep it up!
My focus areas for this week are:
1. Health – I am very focused on my health and my energy levels this week. I have a big race coming up and I want to make sure I stay hydrated and eat to fuel up for it.
2. Personal Development/Growth: I am winding down a book on increasing energy and I need to pick my next book. Hoping for something around motivation.
Have a Level 10 week!
